Internal websites such as SuperPunch and Jira require a VPN connection to access when not on a corporate internet connection. As a work from home agent, you should have been provided with a VPN account as part of your on-boarding process. If you haven’t been provided login credentials for the company VPN, reach out to your leadership team and ask that an account be created/provided.
Once you have your credentials, follow these steps to connect:
- Power on your Windows 10 workstation.
- Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to unlock screen.
- Connect to Network (if using Wi-Fi).
- Click the Network Sign-in icon (double monitor bottom right corner of the screen).
- Enter the correct LOB VPN in the "Server field".
- Click Connect.
- If using 2FA (ie using RSA Token) - otherwise skip to step 8.
- Select Intouch-Agent-2FA.
- Enter your UserID in the "Username field" (Your User ID is also known as your Windows Login, PCI Credentials or your Active Directory (AD) Credentials).
- Enter your 2FA Password (PIN + Passcode).
- If not using 2FA.
- Select Intouch-Agent from the Group pull-down menu.
- Enter your UserID in the "Username field" (Your User ID is also known as your Windows Login, PCI Credentials or your Active Directory (AD) Credentials).
- Enter your password in the "Password field" (This password is the one associated with your AD / PCI / Windows Credentials).
- Click the OK button. You are now logged in to the 24-7 Intouch network.
- Log into Windows as you normally would in the office:
- Enter your UserID in the "Username field" (same ID as the VPN login).
- Enter your User Password in the "Password field".
- Click the OK button.
Connect VPN
- Left-click the Task Bar
- Left-click the VPN option
- Left-click the account that you created
- If using 2FA (ie using RSA Token) - otherwise skip to step 5.
- Select Intouch-Agents-2FA
- Enter your UserID in the Username field - Your User ID are also known as your Windows Login, PCI
- Credentials or your Active Directory (AD) Credentials.
- Enter your 2FA Password (PIN + Passcode)
- If not using 2FA
- Select Intouch-Agent in the Group (if not already selected)
- Enter your UserID in the Username field
- Enter your password in the Password field
You are now connected to the network.
Disconnect VPN
- Left-click the Task Bar
- Left-click the VPN option
- Left-click the Disconnect button
- Log out of the Google Chromebook
Connect to the VPN
To connect to the 24-7 Intouch VPN network with you Mac OS computer, follow these steps:
- Click the Finder icon.
- Click Applications.
- Click the Cisco folder.
- Double-click the Cisco AnyConnect Client application.
- Enter the correct mm.vpn.24-7intouch.com in the "Server field".
- Click the Connect button.
- Select Intouch-Agent in the Group pull-down option.
- Enter your User ID in the "Username" field.
- Enter your password in the "Password" field.
- Click the OK button.
You are now connected to the 24-7 Intouch network.
Disconnect from the VPN
To disconnect from the 24-7 Intouch VPN network with you Mac OS computer, follow these steps:
- Click the AnyConnect icon on the bar.
- Click Disconnect.
You are now disconnected from the 24-7 Intouch network.
