If your mouse and/or keyboard are not working, please select the type you are trying to use and follow the steps to resolve the issue.
If your mouse and/or keyboard are not working, please follow these steps:
- Verify that all cables are firmly plugged into the proper port(s) on the PC.
- If it is plugged in but is still not working, switch the USB port.
- Completely shut down the PC. Once powered down completely, turn it back on.
- Once the PC is fully shut down, unplug the mouse and keyboard before restarting the PC.
- Once the PC is fully powered down, hold down the power button for 15 seconds and then power the PC back on.
- Once the PC is powered back on, plug the mouse and keyboard back into the USB ports.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact your Team Leader to help resolve the problem.
If your wireless mouse and/or keyboard is not working, follow these steps:
- Verify that the dongle is firmly inserted into the PCs USB port.
- Try moving the dongle to a different USB port.
- Replace the batteries in the mouse and keyboard.
- Restart your computer.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact your Team Leader to help resolve the problem.
