Access the Program Start Page

To access your program start page, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to Windows using your PCI credentials.
  2. Open the Google Chrome browser.
  3. Move the cursor to the Address bar.
  4. Enter the start page address (clients.24-7intouch.com/(your program name)/start_here.asp)

    E.g. clients.24-7intouch.com/24-7intouch/start_here.asp

  5. Press enter.

The program start page will be presented. The program start page contains needed system links used during training and production.

If a Login screen is presented, when accessing any of the links, access is available. If an error message or access denied message appears, please contact the Trainer or Leadership via Google Hangouts chat or email.
