What Is The Daily Drive?

It’s a daily “bite-sized” newsletter with the top information and reminders for the day from specific individuals and groups. It includes important company updates, resources and reminders that ultimately help everyone be more effective in a work-from-home environment.

What’s the Why?

Currently, The Daily Drive is being used to enhance awareness within our Intouch@Home work setting. There’s a lot going on right now, so we are trying to narrow down these daily updates to what’s most important for everyone to know in real-time.

Who Gets the Daily Drive Updates?

Right now, The Daily Drive is being distributed to everyone in non-agent roles. However, the Daily Drive is intended to be shared in places like chat channels and team meetings!

Ultimately, all employees should be hearing about updates from the Daily Drive.

What is my responsibility as a leader?

The expectation is for leaders to cascade the information to the right employee groups - sharing The Daily Drive is easy! Simply copy/paste the information into any chat channels, or use it as speaking notes for your regular huddles.
