Please select your browser and follow the steps to clear cache and cookies in your browser.
To clear cache and cookies in Google Chrome, follow these steps:
- Click the three dots below the x in the top right of the browser.
- In the drop-down that appears, click the “Settings” button.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Advanced” in the center of the page.
- In the “Privacy and security” section, click the “Clear browsing data” link.
- In the popup window, at the top, make sure “Basic” is selected.
- For “Time range”, click the down arrow and select “All time”.
- Check the boxes for “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.
- Click “Clear data”.

To clear cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge, follow these steps:
- Click the three dots below the x in the top right of the browser.
- In the drop-down that appears, click the “Settings” button
- In the pop-up window that appears, look for the section that says “Clear browsing data” and click the button that says “Choose what to clear”.
- You can leave the defaulted selections and click the “Clear” button.
- Once the system is finished clearing the data, you can click on any part of the browser outside of the pop-up to resume your previous tasks.

To clear cache and cookies in Internet Explorer, follow these steps:
- In the top right, click on the gear icon below the X.
- In the dropdown that appears, click on “Internet options”.
- On the General tab of the internet options popup that appears, click on the “Delete…” button in the Browsing History section
- If the “Delete” button is greyed out, click on settings.
- Click on view objects.
- Delete everything in the window that opens.
- Close that window and click on view files.
- Delete everything in the window that opens.
- Close that window and click on the OK button twice.
- Another popup called “Delete Browsing History” will appear.
- Leave the default selections and click on the “Delete” button at the bottom.
- Once that window disappears, click the “Apply” button at the bottom of the “Internet Options” Window, then click the “OK” button.

To clear cache and cookies in FireFox, follow these steps:
- In the top right, click on the three bars below the X.
- In the drop-down that appears, click on the “Library” button.
- In the Library dropdown, click on “History”.
- In the History dropdown, click on “Clear Recent History”.
- In the “Clear All History” popup, at the top where it says “Time range to clear”, click the down arrow and select “Everything”, then make sure all boxes under the “History” and “Data” sections are selected.
- Finally, click the “Clear Now” button.
